AFTERSALES MANAGER

We are specialised in the sales of spares parts for heavy machinery and sale of equipment such as trucks and tractors. Our office is found in Riche Terre and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Aftersales Manager who will manage the workshop of the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Ensure that the workshop is properly maintained;
2. Ability to manage and support the aftersales team;
3. Provide expert advice and coordinating complex repairs or maintenance;
4. Ensure onsite presence for interventions carried outside the workshop;
5. Weekly planning of interventions;
6. Ensure customer satisfaction and that all vehicles leaving the workshop after any intervention are delivered in good running conditions.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years experience
2. Degree holder in a related field
3. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
4. Good knowledge in mechanics
5. Ability to work odd hours if required
6. Holder of a valid driving licence
