Job Description
The Head of Doctor's Relationship and Activity Management is responsible for ensuring strategic oversight of specialty-wise revenue, optimize hospital facility usage, enhance OPD performance, and build a structured doctor engagement program to foster satisfaction, loyalty, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and drive revenue growth across all specialties
- Analyze and improve conversion from OPD to IP and other services
- Oversee utilization of OT, ICU, daycare, radiology, and OPD infrastructure
- Lead the Doctor Happiness Program and structured feedback system
- Manage empanelment, performance, and recruitment of consultants
- Optimize OPD operations: footfall, waiting time, consultation efficiency
- Ensure doctor engagement and resolution of concerns in a timely manner
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s or Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospital operations or medical affairs or business relationships
- Proven track record of doctor relations and business growth
Skills and Competencies:
