Plan and coordinate daily operations including transfers, excursions, and guide's schedules
Liaise with suppliers,drivers and hotel representatives to ensure that all arrangements run efficiently
Monitor last minute changes,flight schedules,and client requests to adjust plans accordingly
Ensure all services are delivered as per companay standards & clients' expectations.
Support the operations & reservations teams with logistical & administrative follow-up.
Prepare daily & weekly operational reports for management.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 yearrs experience in operations,logistics or planning (preferably in the tourism or hospitality sector)
String organizational &problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills both oral and written English and French.any additional language could be an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools & comfortable with digital scheduling systems
Ability to multitask and work undr pressure in a fast paced environment.
A proactivemindset & team oriented approach
A valid driver's licence would be a definite advantage
