We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day operations and strengthen client relationships. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, conduct satisfaction surveys, resolve complaints, escalate concerns, and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Sales & Business Support: Identify upselling opportunities, pass leads to the sales team, prepare quotations, follow up on invoices, and liaise with suppliers for best pricing.
- Admin Support: Update ticketing systems, track hardware repairs, and assist with pipeline updates and reporting.
- Reporting & Marketing: Draft weekly/monthly reports, create email marketing content, support social media posts (Facebook & LinkedIn)
- Additional Duties: Manage overtime sheets, add users/products online, and maintain trackers for large projects.
