Reporting to the Head of Development, Marketing & Communication, the role drives local revenue growth and international patient acquisition across markets like Madagascar, Seychelles, and Kenya, promoting C-Care services, strengthening partnerships, and expanding market presence.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with insurers, referral partners, government bodies, and C-Care Group international brands.
  • Promote C-Care services locally and internationally with consistent and culturally adapted messaging in English and French.
  • Lead negotiations and contractual agreements with international insurance companies.
  • Promoting C-Care’s services to corporate clients, insurance companies, and medical tourism ecosystems.
  • Aligning sales efforts and marketing materials with internal business units to ensure consistency and impact.
  • Coordinate and support Business Units sales teams and manage quotation requests.
  • Plan and supervise events such as health camps, including logistics, staffing, and on-site support.
  • Deliver sales training and support field visits with partners and insurers.
  • Supporting EXCO in engagements with Ministries of Health and managing responses to public tenders.
  • Supporting CME activities and public health initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs, automate dashboards, and lead monthly sales performance reviews.
  • Define CRM requirements, ensure adoption, and update internal sales-related SOPs.
  • Maintain databases of corporate clients, insurers, and partners.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, International Business, or a related field
  • 5-10+ years’ experience in sales, business development, partnership management, or international relations, ideally in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French
  • International exposure, particularly within African markets, is an advantage
  • Strong skills in CRM management and sales dashboard creation/monitoring
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and Power BI (or similar tools)
  • Training or experience in negotiation, leadership, and contract management
  • Strong customer focus and partnership-building capabilities
  • Ability to influence, engage, and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Strategic thinker with high integrity and a strong sense of accountability
