Develop B2B/B2C sales, prospect clients, promote products, prepare quotations, organise promotions and tastings, act as brand ambassador, manage customer relations, handle enquiries, maintain database, report market insights, and support operational tasks.

 

  • Develop the B2B and B2C channels and support overall sales growth.

  • Implement sales and commercial strategies (pricing, product positioning, distribution, brand policy).

  • Prospect new clients to increase market share across the wines & spirits portfolio.

  • Prepare and send product quotations to customers.

  • Promote existing products and introduce new wines & spirits to clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities and propose actions to the Wines & Spirits Manager.

  • Perform deliveries when required.

  • Organise sales promotions, tasting sessions and wine-related events with the wine teams.

  • Act as a brand ambassador at events to strengthen brand image and awarenes

  • Plan and host wine tasting sessions.

  • Present the company and showcase wine products through demonstrations and food pairings.

  • Maintain and update the client database.

  • Communicate efficiently using email, WhatsApp and other tools.

  • Handle clients’ requests, enquiries and complaints promptly.

  • Build strong, qualitative partnerships with customers.
