Key Responsibilities
Develop sourcing strategies.
Research and implement innovative candidate attraction methods and tools.
Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing top talent to delivering the final offer.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers.
Conduct screenings using reliable selection tools and methods to ensure timely and effective hiring decisions.
Build market intelligence and talent pipelines for niche and specialized roles.
Design and manage job advertising to attract the right candidates.
Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the employer brand.
Contribute innovative ideas and action plans for sourcing and advertising methods.
Promote the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Participate in any recruitment events.

Qualifications and Experience

1 year of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (in‑house or agency).
Experience with Workday ATS system would be an advantage.
