DistriPC Ltd (Elytis) – a member of Leal Group – is currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant.
The Customer Service Assistant will be mainly responsible for answering customers’ queries by email, phone or in person, give quotations and check availability; handling complaints or refer them to a supervisor.
Duties:
- To coordinate the repairs or exchange of equipment with technicians.
- To ensure that technicians receive all necessary information and documentation to carry out their interventions
- To provide price quotations and secure approval for repairs
- To issue Invoice, credit note and replacement of units.
- To ensure proper filing and prompt availability of information
- Establishing good relationships with all departments, colleagues, and customers.
- Customer focus-oriented by providing and maintaining a very good level of service.
Responsible to efficiently perform any other related duties as requested by the head of department wherever possible.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience required:
- Minimum HSC - Diploma/Degree from a Recognized institution
- IT literate and proficient with MS office applications
- Fluent in English and French (Verbal and written)
- Previous work Experience (Min 1 Year) will be an advantage.
- Certificate in Customer Service will be a plus.
- Good interpersonal, communication (Verbal and Written) and analytical skills.
- Ability to solve problems and ensure that complaints are assessed in a manner that is satisfactory to the customer and the company.
- Understanding customer concerns and addressing them satisfactorily.
- Customer Service Skills including Patience and positivity.
- Good Computer skills to record, process and use the information to provide assistance to customers
