Good Times Investments &Trading Co Ltd. Limited is looking for experienced and dedicated cook for our new kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cooking, planning, organizing and supervising kitchen staff and ensuring consistent food quality and hygiene standards.

📝 Job Title: Cook (Full-Time)
📍 Location: 2nd Floor, Manhattan Heights, Lees Street, Curepipe
⏰ Working Hours: 8 a.m. to 5.00 p.m / 4 p.m to midnight ( Shift system )
📅 Off Days: 5 days per month as per roster

About the Role

A new kitchen is being launched and we are looking for a skilled, reliable Cook. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and integrating the kitchen team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• 🍽️ Develop and continuously improve menu
• 💰 Monitor cost, budget, and communicate ideas
• 🔥 Cook, run and manage a small kitchen efficiently
• 👥 Assist in recruiting additional kitchen staff
• 🏅 Supervise and train cooks and kitchen helper
• 🧼 Ensure hygiene, cleanliness and food safety
• 🍲 Maintain quality, taste and presentation standard
• 🛒 Prepare requisition, purchase, manage stock and kitchen supplies
• 📌 Any other cognate duties

Requirements

• ✅ Proven experience as Cook
• 📚 Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
• 📊 Ability to organise, plan, and lead a team
• ⏱️ Punctual, independent, honest, reliable and result-oriented
• ⭐ Committed to delivering consistent food quality and service
