We are hiring a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of our platform and integrations with external partners, coordinating teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to agreed quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, go-live and post-launch follow-up.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams.
  • Build, maintain and track project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies and resource needs.
  • Coordinate API and system integrations between our platform and external systems.
  • Organize and lead regular project meetings (status updates, risk reviews, steering meetings).
  • Manage stakeholders across internal departments and external partner organizations.
  • Track and report on project status, risks, issues and key decisions to management.
  • Coordinate testing phases (system testing, UAT, pilots) and manage go-live activities.
  • Ensure that documentation is produced and maintained (requirements, process flows, integration specs, user guides).
  • Handle change requests, manage scope and set priorities in alignment with overall objectives.
  • Support training and onboarding of users at partner organizations when needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software / IT / SaaS projects.
  • Proven experience managing integration-heavy projects involving APIs and third-party platforms.
  • Solid understanding of web applications and cloud-based platforms.
  • Familiarity with concepts such as environments, deployments, testing, monitoring.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams (developers, DevOps, QA).
  • Good knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile / Scrum or hybrid).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to produce clear reports, timelines, risk logs and decision records.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple parallel workstreams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in high-availability or high-transaction platforms.
  • Exposure to AWS-based environments or other major cloud providers.
  • Experience with multi-partner or multi-tenant platforms.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum).

Soft Skills

  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented; able to anticipate issues and suggest options.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables and timelines.
  • Comfortable managing deadlines, priorities and expectations with multiple stakeholders.
