Friedelsheim Ltd. seeks an experienced, proactive Customer Support Officer to be the main contact for pharmacy partners. Responsibilities include managing daily orders, ensuring clear communication, handling requests/complaints, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

 

Customer Support Officer 

         Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for pharmacy partners.
  • Take and process daily orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide product information, availability, and stock level updates.
  • Record and follow up on customer requests, issues, and complaints.
  • Liaise with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth operations and timely responses.
  • Maintain good relationships with partners to encourage customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Monitor order trends and report potential stock issues or customer feedback to management.
  • Support the sales team with partner communication and coordination.
  • Assist in promotional activities or product launches within partner channels.

    Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability.
  • Good knowledge of order processing and distribution workflows.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and ERP/order management systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.

    Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the distribution, FMCG, or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience dealing with pharmacy clients or channel partners will be a strong advantage.
  • HSC / Bac 
  •  A background in sales support, administration, or logistics will be valued.
  • Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
