                        - Assist in the overall HR function and provide high quality HR services within the business.
 - Assist in the HR budget management including budget proposition, review and monthly monitoring.
 - Work closely with the management on employee engagement programmes including survey participation.
 - Promote an HR culture which is geared towards ‘management de proximité’ and which goes beyond an ‘open door policy’.
 - Recruitment and selection of talent to meet the organisation’s needs, including job postings, screening of applications and conducting interviews.
 - Participate in the branding strategy thereby marketing the company as an employer of choice.
 - Promote the values of the company and ready to participate in different projects.
 - Provide support to managers on all employee related issues.
 - Ensure clear and concise HR communication across the company.
 - Ensure compliance with the local laws and group policy.
 - Stay up to date with labour law changes and its impact on the company.
 - Assist in disciplinary issues and ensure they are handled in a fair manner and in line with applicable laws.
 - Responsible to gather all payroll related information and submit to the finance department for timely payroll processing.
 - Ensure that all local and group reporting are done within set deadlines.
 - Participate in the development, implementation and communication and update of HR procedures ensuring compliance with the law, group policy and strategy of the company and make recommendations for improvement.
 - Assist in HR audits.
 - Ensure the effective process and follow up of occupation permit, work and residence permit for expatriates.
 - Assist in all health and safety matters of the company.
 - Participate in employee welfare activities to promote the ‘fun and well-being culture’ in the company.
 - Assist the reception and admin unit as and when required and ensure high quality services internally and externally.
 - Liaise and collaborate with external bodies and agencies.
 - Promote a good image of the company with internal and external stakeholders, and advocate the values of the company.
 - Comply with company processes and internal and Group procedures.
 - Be proactive in improving the 'processes' and procedures of GSA Ltd.
 - Promptly report any malfunction to his/her reporting line.
 - Promote and live the values of the Group.
 - Any other related cognate duties.
