The succesful candidate will:

• Oversees that the service offered to all guest is always of the highest degree, and supervises Team Member to create a top-notch guest experience consistently.
• Converses with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement.Establishes and maintains continuous and fruitful contacts with customers.
• Handles customer complaints and attends to any special VIP’s, guests’, visitors’ requests efficiently, going to the extra mile and doing the necessary follow-up.

• Establishes and maintains continuous and fruitful contacts with customers.
• Handles customer complaints and attends to any special VIP’s, guests’, visitors’ requests efficiently, going to the extra mile and doing the necessary follow-up in person or by phone.
• Supervises activities of Team Members and allocates tasks responsibilities for the Boutiques Team Member in order to ensure an efficient preparation and service according to standards.
• Assists superiors with the selection, recruitment and induction, and advices Human Resources Department in case of release of employees.
• Organises and facilitates on-the-job training and coaching sessions in order to develop knowledge and competencies.
• Verifies that all delegated duties are carried out in accordance with the Hotel’s standards.
• Conducts frequent quality spot-checks within the outlets with regards to work habits, storage and par stocks.
• Ensures the efficient implementation of all SOP(s) and ascertains their professional execution.
• Makes sure the quantity and quality of the incoming goods are checked by the Boutiques Team Member, and establishes a strict control to avoid theft of LUX* Resorts Boutiques property.
• Monitors compliance of Team Members with grooming, hygiene and safety regulations and procedures.
• Carries out regular stock checks and organises stock-taking with the Sales Assistants, so as to ensure stock quantities are adequate
