About the role

The individual in this role is a critical member of the Global Sales Programs team, providing the analytical support for senior management to make business decisions. This individual supports the portfolio of global strategic alliances and partnerships which includes technology, security, medical, mental health and wellness partners. These global partners provide capability, integration, through leadership and distribution to Intl.SOS which help us sustain our leadership position in the market. This individual will liaise with external partners to address operational and finance activities as required. This individual provides all dashboard, reporting required by contractual obligation with partners, and is integral part of the Alliances and Partnerships team.

Key responsibilities

  1. Preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly global sales declarations with all partners.
  2. Support Partnership meetings and SteerCos.
  3. Analyse and gather intelligence to support and validate group’s initiatives and decision-making process.
  4. Establish Partner Dashboard to review key KPIs
  5. Support referral process and tracking on all partnerships
  6. Competitive Analysis

About you

Required Skills and Knowledge:
Excel (advanced level), IBM Cognos, Salesforce, CLM, Power BI, PowerPoint, and communication skills.
Required Competencies:
  • Analytical: Strong analytical skill and financial awareness to be able quickly process numerical, verbal, and written information
  • Relationship and Networking: Relate well with internal Intl. SOS colleagues and external partners staff that are from a diverse cultural, industry and corporate background 
  • Strong intercultural communication skill: Overseas working experience is an advantage.
  • Adapting and Response to Change: Ability to adapt to changes and circumstances
Required Qualifications:
  • Educated to master's degree level.
  • Preferred Finance Certification
  • Beneficial experience: 2-4 years
  • Experience in finance, business analytics, sales, and marketing positions
  • International exposure
  • Research experience preferred
