To perform preparation, repairs, assembly, and molding (gluing and vulcanisation) of conveyor belts made of rubber-textile ensuring high-quality workmanship and operational efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare, repair, and assemble conveyor belts using proper vulcanisation techniques.
- Conduct precise measurements and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained throughout the process.
- Collaborate with team members and report progress to the Operations Executive.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.
- High attention to detail and precision in dimension reading
- Experience with rubber-textile materials is an advantage
Requirements

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team
- At least 3 years in a similar or related field
