At RMCLUB, we’re expanding our Racket Department — a vibrant hub that blends passion, precision, and excellence across all racquet sports.

We’re looking for a Racket Manager — a dynamic and inspiring leader ready to elevate the racquet experience across all our clubs and drive our vision of premium sports management.

Your key missions:

• Coordinate racquet activities (Padel, Tennis, Squash, Badminton, Pickleball, Table Tennis…) across all RMCLUB sites.
• Lead and motivate coaches and coordinators to deliver a seamless and premium experience.
• Oversee the organization of tournaments and racquet events — internal, interclub, corporate, or international.
• Monitor key performance indicators and propose improvement actions.
• Act as the on-ground partner of the Head of Racket to bring our strategy to life.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in sports or club management (multi-sports or racquet environment ideal).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Premium mindset — detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Genuine passion for racquet sports.
• Mobility across our RMCLUB sites.

📍 Location: Multi-site RMCLUB (Forbach, Tamarin, Azuri, Anahita, Grand Baie…)
🕓 Contract: Full-time, permanent (CDI)
👤 Reports to: Head of Racket
