Director of Finance & Administration

Woodmatters, a leader in premium timber solutions for decking, flooring, pergolas, and cladding, is seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Administration to join its leadership team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will oversee finance, budgeting, compliance, procurement, and administration. The role requires strong financial stewardship, strategic insight, and hands-on management to support the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Master’s/MBA an asset).
ACCA/ACA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
8–10 years’ senior experience in finance and administration.
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or building materials an advantage.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
