Reservation Officer

Travel Lounge Ltd is looking for Reservation Agents for its DMC department. Vacancies are for now and January 2026 intake.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and provide information on travel products, services, and availability.
• Make and manage reservations for hotels, tours, and transfers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to confirm bookings and negotiate rates.
• Issue hotel vouchers accurately and on time.
• Update booking systems and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with clients for confirmations, payments, and feedback.
• Resolve booking issues or last-minute changes quickly and professionally.
• Support the sales team with administrative and client-related tasks.
