We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the collection of outstanding debts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
- Proactively follow up with clients regarding overdue invoices.
- Evaluate new credit requests and review customers’ credit ratings.
- Negotiate payment plans and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes.
Requirements:
- HSC with experience or a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
