Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Data Transformation Strategy & Roadmap.
• Lead data platform design, governance, and quality frameworks.
• Ensure trusted data for regulatory, management, and operational reporting.
• Build tools for data cataloguing, standards, and business definitions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing data team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in IT/Data/Analytics (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years in enterprise data, analytics, or integration; 3–5+ years in leadership.
• Strong expertise in data modelling, lineage, and governance.
• Proven experience in change management and adoption of new practices.
