Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial training sessions for all staff across outlets to ensure they are well-versed in product knowledge, service standards, and company protocols
- Evaluate staff performance during and after training sessions to identify areas for improvement
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to employees, helping them enhance their skills and performance
- Develop and maintain training materials to align with company standards and evolving business needs
- Collaborate with outlet managers to identify training gaps and propose targeted solutions
- Support outlet operations during peak periods or as required, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, suggesting improvements for future sessions.
- Serve as a role model by demonstrating best practices in customer service and operational efficiency.
Other Requisites
- School Certificate or any other relevant qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience
- IT Literate with a good understanding of ERP software as an advantage
- Positive proactive team player with a dynamic personality
- Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail and results-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as odd hours
