To oversee the HR Operations and champion key responsibilities such as looking after the Recruitment and retention, attending to employee relations and monitoring the Payroll related.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment & new joiner programme
Produce & maintain various HR reports
Assist in maintaining the attendance system & leave records
Handle disciplinary cases, up to a certain level
Initiate welfare activities
Responsible for staff transportation
Participate in payroll processing
Candidate Profile:
Minimum Diploma in HR or any other relevant management field
At least 5 years of experience in a human resources environment, preferably in hotel sector
Knowledge of Sicorax HR/Payroll & SKBL attendance systems will be a definite plus
