Allied Motors is looking for a qualified and experienced Health and Safety Officer (full-time) to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and maintain health and safety policies
Conduct regular risk assessments and workplace inspections
Ensure compliance with local, national and industry-specific safety regulations
Organize safety training programs and awareness campaigns for employees
Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports and recommend preventive measures
Monitor and ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Keep records of safety-related incidents and report to management
Liaise with regulatory bodies
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Ability to conduct training sessions and safety briefings
