As Accounts Clerk, you will work under guidance to prepare reports for the planning, controlling and monitoring of costs whilst following procedures in coordination with the Club’s guidelines.
- Update of the F&B Costing and that of other departments.
- Record menu in terms of costing.
- Arrange for stock take at all the outlets and departments.
- Prepare stock variance analysis for F&B and communicating with relevant parties.
- Arrange surprise spot checks at all F&B outlets.
- Spot check on the receiving department to ensure that the scales are correct, and goods are checked for quality.
- Prepare cheque on a daily basis
- Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head.
- Update/Check and verify happy hour discounts.
- Update/Check the menu pricing on the POS systems and ensure the correct prices are loaded.
- Calculate income and expenditure on all Club’s and private events.
- Assist the Purchasing Officer, Accounts Payables Officer or the Storekeepers when required.
- Carry out any cognate duty as may be assigned by hierarchy.
- Any other cognitive duties assigned by the designated manager .
