As Accounts Clerk, you will work under guidance to prepare reports for the planning, controlling and monitoring of costs whilst following procedures in coordination with the Club’s guidelines.

 

  • Update of the F&B Costing and that of other departments.‎
  • Record menu in terms of costing.‎
  • Arrange for stock take at all the outlets and departments.‎
  • Prepare stock variance analysis for F&B and communicating with ‎relevant parties.‎
  • Arrange surprise spot checks at all F&B outlets.
  • Spot check on the receiving department to ensure that the scales are correct, and ‎goods are checked for quality.
  • Prepare cheque on a daily basis 
  • Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or ‎approval from the respective department head.‎
  • Update/Check and verify happy hour discounts.
  • Update/Check the menu pricing on the POS systems and ensure the correct prices are loaded.
  • Calculate income and expenditure on all Club’s and private events.
  • Assist the Purchasing Officer, Accounts Payables Officer or the Storekeepers when required.
  • Carry out any cognate duty as may be assigned by hierarchy.
  • Any other cognitive duties assigned by the designated manager .
