Safety and Health Trainee

Alteo Milling Ltd is currently looking for an enthusiastic person with interpersonal skills for the above-mentioned traineeship for a period of 12 months in the Safety & Health department situated at Union Flacq.

Duties & responsibilities

-        To assist in drafting of Safety and Health Procedures

-        To conduct Safety & Health inspections & audits

-        Assist in generating reports and maintaining records of such inspections & audits

-        Assist in conducting Awareness & Training with regards to Safety & Health

-        Assist in Incident Investigations

-        Assist in updating of Safety & Health KPIs

Profile

-        Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health Management Proactive, organised and dedicated

-        Enthusiastic, self-motivated and quick learner

-        Good computer skills (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)

-        Excellent written and verbal skills (English and in French)
