We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to manage HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and employee welfare. You’ll also handle industrial relations, ensure legal compliance, and assist with day-to-day HR activities.
Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Reporting to: Group Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resource / Business Management
• Minimum of 7 years’ management experience in the management field.
List of duties:
1. Implement and manage the HR System including recruitment, training & development, compensations & benefits, staff welfare, performance management, personnel administration, counselling & guidance, and reward & recognition.
2. Manage all aspects of Industrial relations.
3. Ensure Compliance to existing Labour Laws.
4. Assist the Group Human Resources Director on day-to-day activities related to HR.
5. Any other HR Related duties.
6. Perform all other cognate duties as instructed by the Reporting Line and/or other Management Representatives.
