Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee and coordinate maintenance operations, ensuring all facilities, equipment, and utilities are kept in safe, efficient working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff and contractors.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and maintain building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical).
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of spare parts/tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Keep records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance supervision or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and troubleshoot issues effectively.
