Store Assistant

ABC Automobile is looking for a store assistant to assist the day-to-day operation of the store.

Job Descriptions:

• Keeping and maintaining records of stock items /materials received and issued.

• Ensure & review proper re-order level of all stock items on an appropriate time basis.
• Inspecting materials and parts and to ensure that correct parts and quantity needed received.
• Proper monitoring and inventory of tools under Store responsibility.
• To ensure that all documents are properly filed
• Organize the delivery of goods and maintain records of deliveries.
  
  Required profile:

• Minimum qualifications: School Certificate (SC)
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team orientation
• Flexible and well organized.
• Ability to work odd hours when required/ to meet deadlines
