Greets all guests at the Front Door politely and courteousely and guides them towards the reception desk or Lobby Assists guests with their luggage for both check-ins and check-out
- Transports guests about premises in motorized cart.
- Keeps record of calls for service.
- Attends to guest needs and queries and refers complaints to supervisor
- Handles vehicle parking for guests as per procedure
- To carry certain shopping bags on behalf of the guests upon request and/or offers prompt assistance for carrying guests bags when needed.
