MAIN FUNCTION:
To ensure a premium service to our customers and a smooth, accurate and timely flow of communication between customers and our Technical Dept for an efficient and effective follow up of repairs, maintenance,replacement and installations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To undertake an efficient and personalized reception of customers’ queries as per established standard
- To deal promptly and efficiently with customer complaints
- To coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure that the work delivery standard corresponds to the customer’s expectations
- To perform a thorough verification and pre-intervention investigation of Customer Machines as per established procedures and secure customer approval for all remedial work to be carried out.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- SC
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing environment.

- Excellent communication skill
- Effective listening and problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- High sense of commitment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
