Our client, a high-quality chemical in Mauritius is seeking to recruit a Senior Sales Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Create business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Analyze customer data and evaluate sales performance.
- Monitor competitors’ activities, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members.
- Research and develop pricing and promotional strategies.
Profile:
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related field.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the distributive trade.
- Knowledge of Professional/Retail market.
- Valid driver’s manual license.
- Product knowledge and sales process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently.
