Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and convening of Board, Shareholders, Committee, and Management meetings
- Attend meetings and draft minutes of proceedings accurately and promptly
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and provide relevant compliance information
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely online filings with authorities
- Handle queries and provide company secretarial information to internal and external stakeholders
- Support Boards and directors on corporate governance matters
- Provide secretarial assistance on various projects and business initiatives
Skills Required:
- 2+ years of working experience in the Global Business Sector.
- Holds an undergraduate degree in a related field and partly qualified ACCA or ICSA
- Demonstrate a client service mindset when servicing the client.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Good written and spoken communications skills.
- Able to multi task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Able to work under pressure
