Assistant Spa Manager

To set and maintain the Sands Spa Standards and in providing a unique product to the members and guests through the team. Also includes creating a successful team of individuals who are instrumental in increasing the number of members through excellent service and leadership skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

1. Maintain and preserve the Spa’s vision and mission.
2. Ensure all spa employees adhere to the established standards of hygiene and grooming.
3. Establish the Spa’s financial business plans for the year in liaison with the Spa Manager and the Accountant concerning monthly revenue and expenditures.
4. Submit Monthly Statistic reports and follow up.

EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years of experience in related field
