Assistant Level 1 – Consumer Finance - CDD

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support our Consumer Finance operations on a short-term basis.

Responsibility 

• The successful candidate will assist in clearing a backlog of credit applications and agreements, ensuring the accurate scanning and uploading of documents, and conducting preliminary assessments of credit risk.
  
• Process and clear outstanding and incoming credit applications and agreements.
• Perform quality checks and scan KYC and credit documentation received from Retail Outlets (RO).
• Ensure accurate and timely uploading of scanned documents to the eForm system.
• Conduct thorough assessments of Hire Purchase (HP) credit applications.
• Evaluate risks associated with merchant-approved applications.
• Maintain document integrity and visibility across all processing counters.

• Minimum academic qualification: SC/HSC
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Open to university leavers or individuals on holiday break.
