The Assistant Maintenance Manager will have the responsibility to coordinate the workshop works and construction sites operations. Ensure use of resource efficiency at all time while reporting regularly to management on work progress. Lead workers and teams daily.
- Administer maintenance and construction projects.
- Prepare and finalise Bill of Quantity to determine project feasibility.
- Recommend materials purchase while ensuring quality and price competitiveness.
- Management and communicate with suppliers and contractors.
- Conduct daily site visits and report progress in details to management.
- Check and review maintenance weekly schedule.
- Ensure accurate record of data in order of completion.
- Champion company's core values, seeking improvement, and demonstrate desired behaviour.
- Ensure Safety of workers with proper PPE and equipments at all time.
- Manage proper housekeeping of workshop and store.
- Conduct and drive preventive maintenance measure.
