Store Supervisor

A Store Supervisor oversees daily operations, manages staff, ensures excellent customer service, and maintains inventory and sales performance to meet store goals.

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Store Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse/store operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with strong organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
•	Oversee and manage all store and warehouse operations related to raw materials & finished products.
•	Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
•	Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of materials in line with safety and quality standards.
•	Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
•	Supervise a forklift driver and other warehouse staff.
•	Conduct regular stock takes and prepare inventory reports.
•	Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and environmental standards.
•	Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries, checking for quality and quantity accuracy.
•	Ensure that ‘’Goods Receipt Notes’’ are raised for all receipts of stock received in the store.
•	Oversee waste management activities.
•	Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
•	Minimum qualification - Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Store Management.
•	Minimum 2–3 years of experie

•	Strong knowledge of storekeeping practices, inventory control, and materials handling.

•	Good communication and team management skills.
•	Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
•	Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
