Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staffand ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of goods

• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels

• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

• Operate and manage forklift use in accordance with safety standards

• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements

• Coordinate logistics with internal teams and external partners

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics

• Forklift certification and experience required

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• In-depth knowledge of health and safety practices

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
