Head of Leisure

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Leisure to oversee our resort’s Sports and Entertainment operations. you will be responsible for creating engaging leisure experiences for guests , managing a talented team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and manage all Leisure activities, focusing on Sports and Entertainment programs
✔ Develop creative, diverse, and high-quality entertainment schedules, including daily activities and evening shows
✔ Plan, organize, and supervise sports tournaments, fitness programs, and recreational events
✔ Recruit, train, and inspire the Leisure & Entertainment team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
✔ Prepare and manage staff schedules for efficient operations
✔ Control departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource use
✔ Ensure all leisure facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest safety and operational standards
✔ Bring energy and personal involvement to entertainment programs – musical or singing ability will be highly valued

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven leadership experience in Leisure, Entertainment, or Sports management within a resort or hospitality setting (minimum 3 years)
✔ Strong background in sports and entertainment programming
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✔ Strong financial and budget management skills
✔ Passionate, energetic, and highly guest-focused
✔ Musical or singing talent is a strong advantage
✔ Fluency in [English/French/Other languages]; additional languages are an asset
