Our client, a leading insurance and financial service company is looking for a Payments & Operations Assistant.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing and Processing payments in a timely manner.
- Sending email to suppliers and respective departments together with swift remittance advice
- Despatch of cheques and documents
- Maintaining confidentiality of information
- Compiling Documents for Reporting Institutions
- Additional Responsibilities: Any other cognate duties which may arise aligned to business requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent with Accounting or Maths at “A” Level
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Be computer literate in MS Office Tool
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Dynamic and motivated team player able to work under pressure
