SIL is looking for Finance Associate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to the Finance Officer/Senior Finance Officer in his/her daily activities;
- Billing to customers & Chasing clients for payment;
- Record receipts and payments;
- VAT returns;
- Project costing/monitoring;
- Bank Reconciliation
- Booking of air tickets and payment of per diem allowance;
- Assist in keeping and maintenance of accounts, registers and other relevant records relating to financial transactions of the Company;
- Maintaining clients’ accounts and suppliers’ accounts;
- Preparation of payment vouchers and cheques;
- Preparation of letters of transfer for overseas payment and performing Bank Reconciliation;
- Operating Petty Cash Account;
- Any other related activities as delegated by the supervisor;
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- HSC with Accounting
- Good working knowledge of Office Package;
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;
- Ability to learn job requirements and perform effectively in short time;
- Ability to work under pressure and during odd hours to meet tight deadlines;
- Microsoft Office suite;
- Ability to demonstrate analytical traits;
- Customer focused and dealing with client matters tactfully.
