Take care of children and Kid’s Club while creating a fun and safe environment. To maintain, at all time, the safe environment for children and team members.

• To ensure that the kids club is opened on time and as per normal set-up.
• Set-up daily schedules for children and ensure that they are respected.
• Organizing independent children activities.
• Friendly and very communicative with children and parents (Guests)
• Creative in arranging games and promoting kids club
• Attending daily briefing at the Sports cabana.
• Participate in recreational activities.
• To keep work place clean & tidy.
• Doing the monthly inventory on the 1^st day of the month and update stock equipment
• Maintain Brand Service Standard (BSS) and QA
• Keep a high focus on the security aspect of the kids club.

• To send the welcome gift (T shirt and kids club activity program) on the eve of guests arrival to Housekeeping department to place in the room.
• Flexible in hours of working/ shift.
• Deliver quality service (SALT).
• Participate in sports activities.
• Ensure that the daily equipment book, Tennis book, bicycles receipt and disclaimer form are properly filled.
• To distribute towels to guests and make sure that no dirty towels are left on the beach
• Canvassing for tennis lesson, diving, etc.
• Train the new comers.
• Organize and participate in the Torches Saga Ceremony.
• To set up bond fire and changing room.
• To set-up all entertainment activities in the morning.
• Should be ready 10 minutes before an activity start.
• Motivate guests to participate in activities (Sports & Entertainment).
• To act as sound & light technician when necessary.
• Ensure security around the pool.
