What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop new insurance business across assigned segments
• Promote and sell motor, non-motor, health and other general insurance products
• Grow the existing client portfolio to achieve retention targets
• Provide professional advice and excellent customer service
• Follow up on quotations, renewals and outstanding documentation
• Ensure compliance with FSC regulations and company policies
• Exceed monthly and annual sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Holder of School Certificate or higher qualifications would be an advantage
• FSC Insurance Salesperson licence (or willingness to obtain)
• 2 years or more sales experience in insurance sector
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A results-driven and customer-centric mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
