Key Responsibilities:
• Provide IT and user support across multiple Autonexx sites (Pailles, Trianon, Ebene, Petite Rivière, Rose Belle)
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, email, Teams, and OneDrive
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of VoIP/Yeastar telephony systems
- Carry out routine IT maintenance, hardware checks, and backup verification
- Source quotations from suppliers and follow up with contractors; supervise on-site contractor work
- Participate in Odoo ERP testing and quality assurance across environments
- Maintain IT asset registers, support logs, and procedure documentation
Profile:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Information Systems, or equivalent (ongoing or completed)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Basic understanding of networking and PC troubleshooting
- Organised, reliable, and able to travel between sites independently
- Good communication skills in English and French
- Knowledge of VoIP systems and AI tools is a definite plus
Requirements:
- Own transport preferred (multi-site role)
- Experience in a similar IT support role is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across different locations
