The Accounts Payable/ Receivable Clerk will be responsible to verify and record financial transactions in the company's accounting / inventory software.

Responsibilities: -

• Verify and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
• Reconcile accounts paybale and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process payments to suppliers, including cheques and electronic payments.
• Allocate receipts from debtors' and chase overdue accounts.
• Track inventory movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers.

• HSC - Accounting and Maths with Good Grades at “A” Levels.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounting/ administrative work environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
