Archemics Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Talent Manager to lead and drive the Human Resources function.

 

The HR & Talent Manager will play a key strategic role in supporting the company’s transformation by building a high performing, engaged, and competent workforce. The role will focus on talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, and the implementation of strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Oversee and ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with statutory and company requirements.
  • Manage the training and development plans aligned with business and employee needs.
  • Oversee and manage the Performance Management System (PMS) and support managers in performance reviews and employee development.
  • Monitor HR Dashboards and KPIs to support management decision-making.
  • Manage the recruitment process to attract and retain talents.
  • talent management and succession planning frameworks for key positions.
  • Drive employee engagement, involvement and employee welfare initiatives across the organization.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to Heads of Departments on people management, team performance, and organizational structure.
  • Ensure HR operations are managed efficiently (Industrial Relations, HR records, Compliance, and HR Policies and Procedures).
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards in collaboration with relevant departments.

 Profile of the Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree in HR or MBA would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 5-7 years in a managerial position.
  • Excellent knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Knowledge of HR Systems; Sicorax HR and AG Vipertex.
