You will be the face of MoMove in the field. Your job is to visit restaurants, hotels, tour operators, pharmacies and local businesses across Mauritius, build genuine relationships, and convert prospects into paying partners on the platform.

 

This is not a call-centre role, you will be on the road, meeting people in person, and managing your own pipeline. You will

also be responsible for keeping your clients happy once they are onboarded, since your commission is recurring: you earn

every month for every active client you manage.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and visit businesses across Mauritius to present and demo the MoMove platform
  • Manage a structured 5-step follow-up pipeline and keep the CRM updated daily
  • Conduct onboarding sessions (calls or in-person) with newly signed partners
  • Maintain and grow your book of active clients, ensuring satisfaction and minimising churn
  • Represent MoMove professionally in all interactions, calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face visits
  • Report weekly on pipeline activity, new closes, and blockers to the CEO.

 

Requirements

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Own a vehicle, field visits across the island are a core part of this role, not optional
  • Fluent in English and French; both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal skills, you genuinely enjoy meeting people and building trust quickly
  • Self-motivated and organised, comfortable managing your own schedule and territory independently
  • Resilient, you handle rejection professionally and stay focused on the long game

 

Preferred

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, field sales or account management
  • Familiarity with Mauritius's local business landscape and key decision-maker dynamics
  • Experience with a CRM tool, any tool counts
  • Knowledge of Creole is a strong advantage for field visits

 

Compensation

We offer a base salary plus a recurring commission on every active client in your portfolio. The commission is paid

monthly, meaning you earn on your existing book as well as every new client you close. This structure rewards both great

salespeople who close fast and relationship builders who retain clients over time.

Component Detail

Base Salary MUR 10,000 / month

Commission Rate 20% of the monthly fee collected per active client you manage

Revenue per client (net) MUR 5,000 / month

Your commission per client MUR 1,000 / client / month, recurring as long as the client stays

active, and you in the company.

Target total package MUR 25,000 / month, reached at 15 active clients ;

💡 The salary package applies during the probation period and may be revised after six months or earlier, subject to KPI achievement.
