🔎 About the Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for Engineering, Maintenance, leadership, and luxury hospitality.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Key Responsibility 1: Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians (electricians, plumbers, painters, and general handymen)

• Key Responsibility 2: Assign daily work orders and follow up to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to hotel standards

• Key Responsibility 3: Assist in training staff on technical skills and safety protocols

• Key Responsibility 4: Supervise external contractors on-site to ensure work complies with safety standards and contract specifications

• Key Responsibility 5: Oversee the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical installations, and kitchen/laundry equipment

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a maintenance role

• Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure

• Education/Certifications: Proven experience in at least two core trades (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or Mechanical Engineering)

• Other Requirements: Ability to work in confined spaces (plant rooms) and at heights (ladders/roofs)
