We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals for the position of Mechanic to assist the operations team with the repair and maintenance of equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities: 

📊 Maintenance:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility machinery.
• Conducting regular maintenance, inspection and risk assessment on facility equipment.
• Complete maintenance logs and communicate with operators.
• Follow-up on maintenance plans and inspections.
• Assist with spare parts management.
• Report on faults and equipment downtime in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparation of incident reports.
• Participate in all drills conducted by the Company and/or authorities

Who We're Looking For:

🎓 Education:

• School Certificate.
• City & Guilds Certificate or BT Polytechnique or equivalent.

💼 Experience:

• 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Experience in oil/gas related business is preferred.

⚙️ Skills & Attributes:

• Comfortable working in a facility environment with industrial hazards and varying temperatures. Work will include lifting and climbing.
• Mechanically inclined with problem solving and maths skills.
• Good communication skills in both English and French.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Valid driving licence.
• Valid certificate of character.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekend shifts.
