Leal & Co Ltd is hiring an Administrative Officer for its Marketing department.

MAIN PURPOSE:

 To provide administrative support to the Marketing Department by ensuring effective follow-up of daily activities and coordinating events.

 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Timely processing and proper monitoring of invoices, emails and other correspondence.
  • Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Updating and maintaining administrative files and records.
  • Ensure all files and records are kept up to date.
  • Assist in the organization and follow-up of events (product launches, trade shows, promotional campaigns, etc…).
  • Coordinate the logistical and administrative aspects of marketing projects.
  • Systematic monitoring and reporting of deadlines.
  • Act as a liaison between the Marketing Department and other departments.
  • Organize and distribute media monitoring reports and updates.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:    

  • Higher School Certificate
  • Diploma in Management, Business Administration or Marketing would constitute a definite advantage
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position and/or in a marketing/sales environment.
  • A valid driving license

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  •  Excellent communication skills (proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Team player with strong adaptability
