MAIN PURPOSE:
To provide administrative support to the Marketing Department by ensuring effective follow-up of daily activities and coordinating events.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Timely processing and proper monitoring of invoices, emails and other correspondence.
- Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Updating and maintaining administrative files and records.
- Ensure all files and records are kept up to date.
- Assist in the organization and follow-up of events (product launches, trade shows, promotional campaigns, etc…).
- Coordinate the logistical and administrative aspects of marketing projects.
- Systematic monitoring and reporting of deadlines.
- Act as a liaison between the Marketing Department and other departments.
- Organize and distribute media monitoring reports and updates.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Higher School Certificate
- Diploma in Management, Business Administration or Marketing would constitute a definite advantage
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position and/or in a marketing/sales environment.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent communication skills (proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Team player with strong adaptability
