Corporate Administrator
We are recruiting for our client, a professional services organisation, who is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Administrator to join their Shared Corporate Services team. The successful candidate will support the Manager in coordinating daily activities, allocating tasks within the team, and ensuring the efficient administration of corporate entities in line with regulatory and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day corporate administration activities
Organise and coordinate board meetings, including preparation of board packs, attendance (where required), and drafting of minutes
Handle incorporation and registration of client and group entities
Conduct due diligence reviews and ensure KYC and CDD documentation is complete and up to date
Ensure statutory records are properly maintained and compliant with applicable local legislation
Manage statutory filings, file reviews, and periodic KYC updates
Liaise with authorities, banks, auditors, and other service providers
Maintain statutory registers in accordance with the Companies Act 2001
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure payments are initiated and completed within agreed deadlines
Maintain accurate records of work completed and monitor task status
Candidate Profile
Degree in Law, Management, or a related field (or equivalent)
Partly qualified in ICSA or STEP would be an advantage
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in corporate services within a management company or financial services environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational skills with attention to detail
IT proficient and comfortable working with corporate administration systems
